What I commission
Landscape and Nature paintings in traditional mediums and in my style(digital art commissions currently not open) Non-landscape paintings may be inquired but not guaranteed. I do not do human figures or portraits.

Instructions For You
Read all of my Terms of Services and Rules for my commission work before submitting a commission request. I have the right to reject a commission request or cancel a piece if you do not adhere to the Terms of Service
Fill out the Google form. This does not guarantee a slot but I will be in contact you withing 2-3 business days of the form submission.
Terms and Conditions
Please CAREFULLY READ ALL the following terms before commissioning me. If you wish to commission me, you will be paying for my art-style as shown on my website and social media. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
Things I Will and Will Not Paint
Will Paint: Landscapes, Nature, Animals, Pet Portraits,
Will NOT Paint: Human figures, Portraits, Hell-scapes, anything DemonicCommission Requirements
Commissioner must be at least 18 years of age and must complete my commission form. I ask that I am treated with respect and patience. If I feel I am being treated with hate or aggression, I have the right to cancel a commission at any point in the process. (See cancellation section below)Process
After submitting the commission application, please allow for 2-3 business days for me to get back to you via email about the status of your commission.
This email will contain my estimated timeline for your piece, if you are on the waitlist, the exact price of your commissioned piece, and any questions I might have about the piece. If you need your art sooner than the estimate, please ask about rush fees.
During the process, I will keep you updated about the progress of your piece with included images while it is a work in progress.
Sketch and thumbnailing phases will be sent to commissioners for approval before moving forward with the piece. Thumbnails include loose sketches, value thumbnails, and color thumbnails, depending on the commission piece.Revision
Any large edits past the sketch will not be allowed. The moving of a subject or adding one in may be granted if plausible but will include an extra fee. For paintings over ‘size small’, I will send you a few progress photos throughout the process, you are welcome to give feedback and inquire about changes/price of changes. Once I feel the piece is finished, you are allowed 1 final revision if you need it. Otherwise any other revisions will be an extra charge.Payment
Payment will be through zelle or through the payment option on my website. I will be sending you the invoice through email.
For all commissions the full amount will be paid upfront. If you have any specific circumstances or would like to add on elements later during the commission process, please email me any questions.Cancellation
No refunds or cancellations allowed once the commission has been started, so make sure you're 100% sure before commissioning me.
If I am the one cancelling your commission, you will receive a refund depending on how much of the artwork is finished and my reasoning for cancellation. (If I cancel for personal reasons, you will be getting a full refund)Delivery and Posting
After the painting is complete, I will mail or deliver the finished original artwork.
The copyright of every commission work still belongs to me, Mikayla Salmon-Thompson, and I have the rights to post these works on social media, create educational content with them, sell them as prints, etc.
The commissioner may not duplicate, sell copies, altar, or claim credit for the creation of artwork. The commissioner may not mint the art as an NFT or use in any other type of cryptocurrency or marketing. Commissioned art is for personal use only, it cannot be used for commercial purposes (this includes all file formats). The commissioner is ONLY allowed to resell the unaltered original piece with credit to Mikayla Salmon-Thompson. The commissioner can post the artwork on social media for personal use, use it for an icon, profile picture, banner, etc. so long as I am properly credited and linked.Final Words

Pricing Guide (Estimates)
My pricing guide is an estimate of the minimum charge of a painting. Other fees added for subjects, complexity, and rush fees. Pricing is based on the time and effort I put into each piece. My pricing is structured so I can focus on creating each piece to the best of my ability
